moe's home page

greetings, all!

here's a recent picture of

moe himself

it was taken in a lily field in canada in july, 1998, but new york city is home. i've been a college professor, a computer consultant, and i've recorded books for the blind (still do!) and i've been gay for as long as i can remember (still am!)

this is my tattoo (left calf)

it's a carp, a japanese fighting fish, "tenacious in fighting for its life," according to the dictionary. seemed like a good sign to carry around. besides, i like the design. i have a smaller one, a native american symbol of totality and balance, on my right shoulder.

and this is my cat

she's a ferocious calico, named puffin (like the bird).

if you want to read my personal history since 1982, check out my article in the June issue of Phydaux's magazine, Boonertown Connection. The url is listed below, under my Favorite Links.
